MEMBERSHIP CLASS
Scripture often refers to a local church as a family – as brothers and sisters in Christ, we belong to one another. At Citylight, this is expressed through Covenant Membership.
The Membership Class is a single, 3-hour class, which you only need to attend once. You’re invited to join us on Sunday, February 8th (immediately following our 10:30 am worship service). The Gospel of Luke: God's Promise Fulfilled
The Gospel of Luke is about the surprising fulfillment of the plan of God, first revealed in the Old Testament, in the Lord Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God and Son of David, who, through his sufferings on the cross and glorious resurrection from the dead, brings salvation to all, both Jew and Gentile, who repent and receive forgiveness of sins in his name, as the good news is proclaimed to all nations by the power of the Holy Spirit, and communities of faith are formed which reflect Jesus’s example and his teachings.
Citylight exists to make disciples of Jesus to the glory of God.
